Preheat oven to 325 degrees (F).
Melt chocolate and margarine (or butter) in microwave. Cool for about 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into a greased jelly roll pan (15"x10"); or line pan with non-stick foil for easy removal.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
When cool, cut into squares.
